Information you provide
A service call may include contact details, company information, property addresses, system information, requested dates and a description of the commercial service need. Do not provide passwords, building access codes or personal information unrelated to the requested service.
How request information is used
Information is used to review the request, evaluate scope and provider availability, communicate with requesters and property contacts, coordinate scheduling, organize service documentation and follow up on future work.
Service-provider sharing
We may share request information with prospective providers when necessary to evaluate scope, availability or pricing, and with the assigned provider to schedule and perform the requested service. Providers are not authorized by Denver Fire Safety to use that information for unrelated marketing.
Supporting vendors
Information may also be processed by hosting, communications, telephony, artificial-intelligence, analytics and payment-service vendors used to operate the service. Applicable checkout terms will identify payment responsibilities.
Calls and automated intake
The service line uses an automated receptionist. Calls may be recorded and transcribed after notice for intake, quality, follow-up and service coordination. Do not provide payment-card numbers, access credentials or unrelated sensitive information during the call.
Text messages
Service-related text messages are sent only when the requester provides the applicable consent. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Retention and security
Request and service records should be retained only as reasonably necessary for coordination, documentation, legal obligations and legitimate business operations. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The current website does not accept service-request forms or document uploads. Call the displayed service number to begin an active request. Keep reports or notices available and follow the instructions provided after intake.
