Denver Fire Safety’s role
Denver Fire Safety provides marketing, intake, scheduling, administrative coordination, document organization and customer-support services. Unless a service order expressly states otherwise, Denver Fire Safety is not the contractor performing regulated fire- or life-safety work.
Provider of regulated work
The provider identified in a confirmed service order is the contractor of record for that scope and is responsible for technical decisions, field performance, required permits, reports, tags, certifications and applicable workmanship warranties. Different service categories may be assigned to different appropriately qualified providers.
Service orders and appointments
Calling or providing request information does not create a service contract, confirm availability or schedule an appointment. Before work is authorized, the applicable service order should identify the provider, scope, total customer price, credentials relevant to the work, scheduling details, cancellation terms and warranty allocation.
Payments
When Denver Fire Safety is authorized to collect payment for a provider, the applicable service order or checkout will describe that collection role. Provider wholesale pricing, commissions and internal commercial arrangements are not part of the customer-facing scope unless expressly stated.
No emergency service
This website is not an emergency-reporting or emergency-dispatch system. For an active fire, smoke condition or immediate danger, leave the affected area and call 911.
No website compliance determination
Website content and intake questions are administrative. They are not a technical inspection, code interpretation, diagnosis or determination that a property or system complies with applicable requirements.
Property access and information
The requester is responsible for providing accurate property and contact information, lawful site access and known reports, hazards, deadlines or operating restrictions relevant to the requested work.
No government affiliation
Denver Fire Safety is an independent commercial service coordinator. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of the City and County of Denver or Denver Fire Department.
Colorado law
These website terms and any separate service order are governed by the terms stated in the applicable agreement and, where specified there, Colorado law. A confirmed service order controls if it conflicts with general website information.
